Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Through Compassionate Inquiry, the patient will learn to recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them. Compassionate Inquiry is for people who have repetitive behavioral patterns that they have never broken free of.

“The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what narrative they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them …”

As part of the Holistic Mental Wellness program at ORGANIQUE, Compassionate Inquiry is for individuals seeking the truth within. This program serves anyone with repetitive behavior patterns, chronic fatigue, insomnia, addictions (overeating, television, gaming, sex, alcohol, drugs), stress, relationship difficulties, physical ailments, depression, grief, trauma, or those looking to experience life authentically and joyfully. Compassionate Inquiry offers a conscious approach to unraveling the unconscious patterns that hold us back.
