Participants will leave with a personal ritual for creating lasting positive change.

Workshop 2: “Blocking Your Flow” with Jen – Identify the blocks and distractions that keep your life in disorder.

Workshop 4: “Nourished From the Inside Out“ with Sydney – It’s Mind, Soul, and BODY. Sydney will teach you all about super foods; what they do for your body (inside and out), how to incorporate them into your meals and snacks, and how eating healthy can give you more energy and vitality. Plus, she uncover one of the hidden benefits of how healthy foods can save you money in the long run.

Workshop 5: “The Universe Within” with Kelly – A date with yourself. Learn how to nourish yourself and your heart center. Most of us operate daily in “depletion mode”, yet we cannot pour from an empty cup. In order to thrive and live our lives to the fullest, we need to take care of ourselves, first and foremost.

Workshop 6: “Build, Nourish, & Repair Relationships” with Jen – Learn how to navigate toxic relationships, set loving boundaries, and see others as God sees them. In this class, we will also put all of the tools learned in the prior workshops to use.

Workshop 7: “Walking the Path” with Jen – This is where we blossom and then plant the seeds in others. Learn how to spread love and serve others, including those who challenge you. Walk the walk by pursuing and listening to your higher calling.
