ASHLEY MEYER
Owner, Clinical Nutritionist

Ashley Meyer, ACT Certified Designed Clinical Nutritionist and Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, is the managing owner of ORGANIQUE in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, a clinic and spa devoted to alternative and holistic health. After graduation from university, Ashley worked in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. She transferred to Advanced Health and Educating Wellness Clinics in Rhinelander, WI, in 2009. Her zeal for results-driven natural healing inspired her to open her own clinic in Wausau, WI, in 2013 and another in Hazelhurst, WI, in 2015. The next phase in clinic development was a large expansion: the addition of a spa and cafe, as well as an organic coffee and nutrition bar company, resulting in the opening of ORGANIQUE as a destination retreat venue in Tomahawk, WI.

Ms. Meyer, B.S., graduated summa cum laude from UW-Stout in 2005. She later took the Advanced Clinical Training at UNS in Clearwater, Florida, where she received certification in Designed Clinical Nutrition and Nutrition Response Testing. She is one of only a few hundred in the country noted for the highest level of competency and expertise within the field and was inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame for the most successful graduates. Over the next ten years, Ashley continued to expand her education in the field of Applied Kinesiology in applications of environmental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Ashley thrives on challenging cases and enjoys working with those who have lost hope. Her passion for infertility is paramount, and the success testimonials with these patients are some of the most meaningful to her. Other special areas of focus include autism, cancer, auto-immune and hormone-related conditions. Regardless of the case, her unique "niche" is in uncovering the missing link to the body's ability to heal. Her most ardent ongoing education and research efforts are within the field of Environmental Medicine.

Filling her life to the brim are her two sons and her husband, Steve, a PA of Internal Medicine with Ascension Medical Group, WI. Ashley and Steve often join forces on cases, as they both emphatically agree on the key components that are involved in a successful health journey.

Other interests include her passion for truth, energetic and spiritual education, singing, songwriting, research, the woods, and the mountains.

Her mission is to inspire others to take control of their bodies so they realize their full health potential and the calling God has on their lives.

"There is immeasurable satisfaction in helping people write their own success stories. The human body is innately created to powerfully heal itself when it has the correct nutrition, supplementation, and spiritual grounding."

BRIDGETTE REILLY

Certified Patient Advocate Nurse, R.N., B.S.N.

After 20 years of caring for patients in a hospital setting, I am excited to pursue my new position in a holistic healthcare setting at ORGANIQUE. After graduating from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I worked for 5½ years as a Pediatric ICU nurse at UW- Children’s Hospital in Madison. Returning to my hometown of Tomahawk, I worked for 14 years as an Endoscopy Sedation Nurse. The years spent in hospital settings, along with my background in Exercise Kinesiology/Management, resulted in my intent to prevent disease through nutrition and exercise.

A surgery in my teen years, along with unresolved health issues, inspired me to search beyond the limits of traditional Western medicine and symptom-based treatments. It was through a friend that I found ORGANIQUE and began my own healing journey and the discovery that true is health rooted in the interconnected realms of the physical and emotional aspects. I was supported to make changes in mind, body, and spirit, which expanded into the desire to help others. I continued my education with a certification in “Food, Nutrition, and Health.” What started as a need became a mission.

My husband Mike and I have four children who keep us forever busy. My personal interests include gardening, landscaping, exercise, golf, waterskiing, hiking in the mountains, spending time at the family cottage, watching my children compete in sports, and, finally, drinking coffee with my husband on the front porch on early summer mornings.

I am excited and thankful for this new chapter in my life as a Patient Advocate at ORGANIQUE.

DARLA ZUIKER
Guest Services

Darla worked in the medical field for 35 years before joining the ORGANIQUE staff in 2021. She first came to ORGANIQUE back in 2010 when her son’s health declined, and he was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at age 9. Darla sought out solutions that got to the root cause of disease, rather than simply medicating the symptoms. Darla has since participated in multiple ORGANIQUE programs herself and enjoys taking advantage of all of the therapies ORGANIQUE has to offer. When not working at ORGANIQUE, Darla likes to spend time outdoors, enjoying the Northwoods by fishing, camping, and bowhunting. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

JEN MATTSON
Holistic Mental Wellness Coach

Jen joined our team as a Patient Advocate in 2014 after serving her community as an organic grocery store owner. She has since found her passion as an Emotional Coach here at ORGANIQUE.

Jen's firsthand experience with how emotional and spiritual blocks impact the body and prevent individuals from living life to their fullest potential motivated her to share this information with others. Her holistic approach to health incorporates mind, body and spirit, encompassing the mind-emotion connection. The emotional and spiritual transformations she takes part in every day are nothing short of miraculous!

Jen's ability to create relationships with her clients and meet them right where they are at is what brings her the most joy. Jen says, "I am honored to be a part of the healing journey with each and every person I meet. Whether that is for a moment, a season or a lifetime, it is perfect, divine timing."

On her own journey to true authenticity, she was able to surrender herself to the process of trial and error, bringing humility to her learning process. Jen has utilized her personal experience, as well as her education in emotional and spiritual health, to design the Emotional Healing Program. Through this program she is able to fulfill her desire to help others discover, and live out, their true authenticity as well.

We are blessed to have Jen on board to create a positive, effective and complete healing experience for our patients. To know Jen is to love her.

WHY ORGANIQUE?

"I live and breathe ORGANIQUE with love, compassion and understanding. It lights my fire. THAT is when you know you are doing exactly what you are intended to do. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this team. Being a part of ORGANIQUE for me is so much bigger than anything I could have ever imagined. The journey we are on is phenomenal and such a ride; to be able to help create a new world..."

HLI YANG
Aesthetician

For the longest time, I was unsure of what my purpose would be, until I stumbled upon an opportunity to be a makeup artist for a wedding. That was the moment I realized that I have the power to help people feel confident by showcasing how beautiful they can be. That opened a door to a whole new passion.

I found myself falling in love with one of the most important parts of a human – our skin! To love ourselves, we need to learn to love the skin we’re in. I quickly became intrigued with becoming an aesthetician; not only to learn more about our skin, but what I can do to help everyone feel more comfortable and confident.

I graduated from the State College of Beauty Culture in Wausau, Wisconsin. I am a licensed aesthetician, certified in dermaplaning, eyelash extensions, and currently attending an oncology aesthetics course. My goal is to help you feel amazing – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – with any service I provide.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 dogs, Ali and Pepper, and my 3 cats, Oliver, Bella, and Penelope. During my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, and spending lots of time with my family.

KAITLIN MITCHELL
Clinic Director, B.S.

Like many of the staff here at Organique, Kaitlin's journey with Organique began as a patient, where she underwent an amazing health transformation through Ashley's NRT program. Inspired by Ashley's holistic healing abilities and Ashley's purpose to live an authentic life, Kaitlin came on board in 2020 to pursue her own authenticity and passion for natural health.

Kaitlin grew up in the Northwoods and graduated from UW-Madison with degrees in Communication Arts, Journalism and Mass Communications. After working as a writer, she went on to work in local government for 12 years. Kaitlin is excited to share her passion for holistic wellness with others and to witness the incredible health transformations that take place every day here at Organique. She hopes to support patients on their journey to emotional and physical well-being and to be their cheerleader along the way. Kaitlin says, "Organique is my happy place, and there's no place else I'd rather be."

When not at Organique, Kaitlin loves spending time with her daughter and husband, camping, hiking, visiting friends and family and spending time at her family's cabin in Harrison Hills. She strongly believes in Ashley's mission to pinpoint and heal patients' underlying health problems, instead of simply putting a band-aid on the symptoms. That is what brought her to Organique and why she feels Organique's programs can work for anyone, no matter what the health issue. She has seen that everyone is capable of complete healing here at Organique and encourages you to come and experience it for yourself.

Why “ORGANIQUE”?
I have been a patient of Ashley’s for over 10 years. She held my hand through the loss of a baby due to toxic environmental conditions. She found things that stumped professionals in HVAC, septic, and construction. Ashley has a gift; she is a healer! Basically she aspires to empower others to take the reins of their own health! I want to be a part of the team that brings healing and zest for life to others. This, my friends, is love! Who could ask to be a part of anything greater than that?

ROXY TJUGUM
Guest Services, B.S., M.A.

Healing in a holistic way led Roxy to ORGANIQUE first as a patient and now as a member of the staff. Along with physical healing, she continues to strive for whole-body healing – mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Having the support and encouragement of family and the ORGANIQUE staff has been a crucial component in this healing process.

Roxy has been an educator for many years, earning her bachelor’s degree at UW-Stevens Point and her master’s degree at Viterbo University. She is Reiki certified and continues to seek knowledge and balance through new experiences. Learning all she can about holistic healing and having a positive mindset, have been catalysts for many favorable changes in her life, beginning with regaining her health and renewing her energy for life.

Why ORGANIQUE?
“My declining health led me to find a more holistic lifestyle. By changing my diet and exploring new realms of healing, my health improved, but I quickly slipped back into old habits because I was feeling better for a period of time. By chance, I stumbled upon ORGANIQUE and knew it was meant for me. I haven’t looked back. ORGANIQUE has led to numerous changes that have improved my overall wellbeing, and I am no longer in the vicious cycle of eating healthy for a short time, only to go back to my old ways. I have transformed in so many ways! And now, I have the privilege of joining the ORGANIQUE team and helping others along their journey!”

SYDNEY ZETTLER
Clinical Nutritionist, B.S.

Sydney was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin and found passion in whole body healing after visiting ORGANIQUE for her own health journey. This profound way of healing allowed her to grow spiritually, physically, and emotionally. She yearns to help others visualize and achieve their health goals and could not be more excited to be a part of the ORGANIQUE team and for all they stand for.

Sydney graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a degree in Exercise Sport Science and Nutrition before going on to train in Autonomic Response Testing under Dr. Klinghardt (Washington) and Nutrition Response Testing (Florida). Additionally, Sydney has trained directly under Ashley, integrating Ashley’s understanding of the environmental, emotional, and spiritual components of health into her own toolbox.

Sydney writes:

"Since I was young, my mom told me to take the winding road in life as the straight path sometimes would not allow me to see where I truly belong. Along my road I found foundational skill sets through extended education at the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, coupled with amazing mentors who guided me to ORGANIQUE. With humility and excitement I begin a new chapter of my life with an impeccable team by my side. It is here, at ORGANIQUE, where the seeds I plant may produce the most beautiful part of the journey."

This uncertainty led her to ORGANIQUE. She not only gained her health back but became rejuvenated in her passion to help others in their health journeys. She will forever be grateful for the knowledge and continued support from ORGANIQUE and feels blessed to be a part of that amazing team. She has realized the healing that was intended for her, and she is eager to support others in their quest for healthier living and improved quality of life.
